By downloading, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Taskwise is a productivity application designed to help users manage tasks, reminders, and time.

  • You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

2. User Data

  • Taskwise does not require account creation.

  • Most data (tasks, categories, reminders) is stored locally on your device.

  • Optional cloud backup (Google Drive) is available for Premium users.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Taskwise offers optional Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

  • Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

Taskwise does not handle or store payment information.

4. Premium Features

Premium features may include:

  • Unlimited tasks

  • Alarm reminders and snooze

  • Pomodoro customization

  • Biometric app lock

  • Google Drive backup

Premium features are available only while the subscription is active.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play.

  • Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

  • Taskwise does not directly issue refunds.

6. App Availability

We strive to keep Taskwise available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Taskwise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss caused by device issues

  • Missed reminders due to system limitations

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
